The wedding photography and videography packages as well as hourly rates below apply for 2026 and 2027 bookings. They are inclusive of all state and federal taxes. I accept payments by mailed check, Venmo, credit card or ACH transfer. To secure a date, I require a 30% retainer as well as a signed agreement, both of which can be completed online. The remaining 70%, plus the cost of any additions made after the contract is signed, is due one week before the event.

What is an associate photographer and who will be shooting my wedding?
An associate is someone who will cover your wedding on my behalf at a lower rate. My associate photographers are all exceptionally talented, independent and creative professionals who also have their own businesses and share a very similar documentary style approach. I would be more than happy to provide samples of their work.
If you choose to work with an associate, I will still be your main point of contact and I will also be responsible for the editing and final delivery of all content. I will also provide the contact information of your photographer should you have any questions for them.
Unless you opt to work exclusively with an associate, all small and large wedding packages will have two photographers: Either me + a second shooter or an associate + a second shooter for a lower rate. For proposals and engagements, I will always be your photographer.
do i really need two photographers?
Having two photographers will always ensure that every moment gets captured from multiple important angles. Consider the following examples:
While I capture the action (you walking down the aisle), my second photographer will capture the reaction (the look on your partner's face). While I am covering you getting ready, my second shooter will cover your partner.
While the three of us are making beautiful sunset portraits, my second shooter can cover details and cocktail hour. While I am capturing you both reading your vows, reciting toasts or performing your first dance, my second shooter will photograph guest reactions.

Can I build my own package, make additions or substitutions to your existing offerings?
Absolutely! If your event spans multiple days, you’re looking to add extra coverage to your booking, or simply want to create your own package from scratch, you may do so based on the following rates:

Still photographer (associate): $350/hour
Each additional photographer: $250/hour

Do I need videography coverage?
As a photographer by trade, I personally would prioritize budget on still coverage over video. If it is within your budget, however, I do think that having the luxury to relive the very best moments of your wedding in high-quality video might be worth the extra expense.
Even if you don't plan on watching the video very often, you should consider the value of having your vows, toasts and other spoken moments recorded beautifully so you can listen to them again and again in the future. The latest smartphones might be great at capturing video, but the built in mics are going to pick up a lot of ambient noise in the background in addition to the voices of your loved ones. As a result, you might not hear every detail.
CAN I BUILD MY OWN PACKAGE OR MAKE ADDITIONS or substitutions TO your EXISTING OFFERINGS?
Absolutely! If your event is broken into multiple days or you are looking to add additional coverage to your booking or if you want to just build your own package from scratch, you may do so based on the following rates:
Lead videographer: $450/hour
Each additional videographer: $250/hour
Drone Footage (if permitted): $500
Wedding Preview (delivered within 48 hours): $500
Additional video edits: $200 and up
While I trust my lead shooters to cover weddings on their own, I would only recommend contracting a solo videographer if your wedding is particularly small. For larger weddings, I would strongly recommend having two contracted videographers to ensure better coverage.
Can you tell me more about VIDEOGRAPHY?
Videography can be booked either in addition to photography or as a stand-alone service. If you are booking videography only, I will be your principal videographer working with a second shooter. If you are booking both videography and photography, the two videographers will be sub-contracted and I will be the principal photographer (unless you have chosen to work with an associate).
For all bookings, I will handle all post-production activities (i.e. sound mixing, editing, color grading etc) as well as the final delivery of all content. I will also be your main point of contact throughout the entire process. I will also connect you with your videographers should you have any questions for them as well.

Are your prices set in stone?
Yes they are, but with the following exceptions:
If your event is on a Monday - Friday, or anytime between from the beginning of November through the end of February. If you book both photography and videography on the same contract. If you or your partner are either current or former members of the military, first responders or fellow alumni of USC.
For any one of these I can offer a 10% reduction (max $1,000).
One reduction allowed per contract. National holidays and holiday weekends are excluded.
Reductions do not apply to albums, travel expenses, prints or other deliverables.

For sports, portraits and other non-wedding related bookings, please contact me directly for more pricing information as I will need more information to provide an accurate quote.
How do I book?

Contact me and let me know you're interested. I will always respond within 24 hours. If I am not available to take pictures on your selected date, I will happily refer you to one of my associate photographers or another photographer if you prefer.
2.Call or Meet up
During our initial meeting, whether it’s over the phone or in person, I will go over my approach to working with couples and you will share with me your goals and expectations for photography. We'll discuss pricing and packages and I'll address any questions and concerns you may have.
3. Sign the contract and pay the retainer
The next step is to simply confirm your booking and specify the services you want included in your agreement. I’ll then email you a link to sign the contract electronically and pay the 30% retainer. Everything can be completed online. Once this is done, you’ll receive a copy of the signed agreement with all signatures and your date will be confirmed. If you want to add services after signing, you’re welcome to do so anytime before the wedding. I’ll make the adjustments to the agreement and add the extra costs to the final payment. I accept payment via ACH transfer, mailed check, credit card, or Venmo.
4.Delivery
Photography bookings: Your password-protected online gallery will be available within four weeks of your wedding day. From this gallery, you can view images, select favorites, order prints or download both low or high resolution images. There will be a separate PIN to download image files in case you would like to limit your guests to viewing access only.
Videography bookings: The Wedding Preview, if requested, will be available within 48 hours. All other movie files will be available within four weeks. On the website you will be able to view and download your files.
Photography + Video bookings: Same as video bookings, but please allow one additional week for me to deliver everything.
