Union Station in Downtown LA is an incredible location for photography. It’s filled with so many beautiful details that provide a wealth of opportunities for creative shots. We even received permission from the very friendly security guard to use the old ticketing room at the end of our session. This usually off-limits area added an extra layer of charm to our photos. I’m pretty sure I convinced the guard that I was a student working on a final project.
Since this was my first engagement session, I was a bit nervous about what to expect. Fortunately, Vania and Mike were equally excited about the opportunity to use Union Station as a unique backdrop for their photos.
Unfortunately, I have not yet returned to Union Station for another shoot. Many of my clients prefer quieter environments. A crowded train station can be distracting for some, which is understandable.
Despite this, I really hope to return to Union Station for another engagement session soon!
