Mike and Vania had a very nice Union Station engagement session. More importantly, this was my very first engagement session! I’ll be honest, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when I approached this. Luckily, Vania and Mike were just as stoked as I was to take advantage of Union Station to make some cool photos, and we did! Union Station in Downtown LA is a really great place to shoot. There are so many cool details and interesting angles. Even better, the very nice security guard gave us permission to use the old ticketing room at the end of the shoot, which is normally off limits to the public. I’m pretty sure I told the guard I was a student working on a final project!
Unfortunately, I never made it back here to shoot again. Many of my clients tend to gravitate towards shooting in more quite environments so they can focus. A crowded train station can be distracting for some, which is understandable. Nonetheless, we managed to make some pretty cool images as you’ll see, so I hope to shoot here again soon!
