Ellen and Alex had a very low key backyard wedding at her parents house in San Dimas, California. Ellen is Taiwanese and Alex is Swiss. They live in Winterthur, Switzerland, which is a town just outside Zurich. Their wedding was relatively small, only about 45 guests and included people from Switzerland, Taiwan and France.
I enjoy covering small weddings like this because I get a chance to speak with every guest. Also, I must say I was very touched at how welcoming their friends and family were to me. That is always appreciated as it really helps make the experience more enjoyable for me!
